I am curious if there are any problems or weaknesses in running caused by doing a lot of your training on a treadmill? Running on a treadmill generally feels a little harder to run my easy day and paces (6:00-6:30) than running outside and I always keep it at a1%-2% incline, but I was curious if anyone had found their abilities to run outdoors compromised by treadmill training. I am not sure why that would happen, but I would like to make sure that it won't. So...
Does treadmill training do anything like fail to exercise certain necessary muscles, that may compromise the ability to run outside?
