Ok so some background info:
Live in Uk and have no coach
Run around 40-50mpw (would like to go higher)
2 workouts a week
800 - 2.04
1500 - 4.18
3000 - 9.50
10k - 35.59
Run xc in Autumn/winter
Would like to concentrate on 800/1500 in track season
Focused on improving endurance as well as 800/1500 times
So my question is which coaching system would be recommended for me?
Daniels? Lydiard? Coe? Joe Rubio 1500m?
