Hey everyone I've only been running outdoors consistently now for a little over a yr. First race I ran was a 20:38, my last race, last month I ran a 18:52.. My last time trial I was at the 2mile marker in 11:50.
Now my goal is to get to sub 18 by fall. Will 45+ mpw get me there? If so how long will it take? Any help is appreciated.
