Ok so I'm 6 weeks into summer training and just finished a second 43 mile week. I was planning on bumping it up to 50 this upcoming week, and I feel pretty good about doing so.
The problem is I realized that I'm leaving early Saturday (I had previously thought Sunday) and only will be able to run Monday through Friday and, if I wake up at 4 am and run, Saturday. (I'll be gone somewhere where I can't run for a week which I was aware of and planned around it as much as I could.) All my weeks hitherto I have run 7 days a week with the last one being:
M - 7
T - 5
W - 7
T - 5
F - 10
S - 5
S - 4
The question being should I try to squeeze the 50 into 5 or 6 days? Keep mileage the same? Maybe include a double or two? Just run by feel? Either way I am not sure entirely what would be the best course of action and would like some advice from Lets Run Pros.
