Hey everyone,
I'm an incoming college freshman in the beginning of my summer base for XC next year. I'm also doing a sprint triathlon at the end of July for fun. While it is for fun, I do want to be competitive though. I have a road bike and a place to swim, but I'm unsure on how to add in the swimming and biking to my summer xc training plan. I don't need a week by week progression, just maybe a few set swimming and biking "workouts" I could repeat every week.
