1 hard workout every week and 1 workout with my girlfriend every week (which is close to an "easy day," but significantly adds to my mileage total).
15:05.
Averaged around 70mi per week leading up to my 1451 pr. two track sessions plus one tempo session of 4-5mi during a 10 mile run
Male, 25
This year: 70 miles/week more quantity, 15:25
Peak: 80 miles/week with 2-3 quality workouts/week, 14:35
If you are talking about me trolling, that's not the case. If you are talking about others, that's the only weak point.

PS. I am a professional satistician, and in my opinion although there may be a relationship between mpw and 5k time I think you may not have such a great fit in terms of r-squared with that simple regression / correlation.
That's because race times are also likely correlated to other factors such as body weight, age, sex, etc. and even then there will be unexplained variability just due to inherent differences in abilities. This site is also not likely a good representative sample of the entire population of runners / joggers.
Good luck.

I wouldn't call it "quality"... but are you allowed to call 30mpw "quantity"?

If you aren't trolling, and you think the "only weak point" in this is other people trolling, you are not going to get a passing grade.

You should ask a triathlete for training advice.
