Just as an experiment, I've decided to see if this kind of thread would get any participation. I am well aware of the fact that the road racing threads already exist, but this is specifically for Cross Country summer training. If this gets a good response, we can keep this going through the summer.
To begin with tell us when your spring season (or training) "ended" and when you started back up again.
Then post what you did, miles so far this summer, and when your season starts. I'm recovering from some oral surgery and a bit of illness right now so I haven't started myself, but here is more or less what it could look like.
