One interesting thing about the collegians busting out some unbelievable times is the twitter reactions from professional runners:
Lolo Jones:
"Pumped up for @KIMBEAUX_ (Kimberlyn Duncan) and love that hurdler @Bri_Rollin stole the show!"
"To the college athletes that didn't do well continue to work hard. I know plenty of Olympic champs that never won an NCAA title."
"An even longer list of Non NCAA champs that won Olympic medals. Take heart and don't be discouraged. U are the future for USA Track & Field."
Ginnie Crawford:
"RT @joannadhayes: Congratulations @Bri_Rollin on your NCAA title and record! 12.39!!! #BlazinFast"
Joanna Hayes:

T'erea Brown:
"RIDICULOUS!!! GREAT JOB HUN @Bri_Rollin"
Amazingly, America's two top 100m hurdlers (Dawn Harper and Kellie Wells) had nothing to say, no praise for Brianna Rollins, Kori Carter, or the other spectacular NCAA performers. Of course they had time to tweet about their own recent successes hurdling -- I'm guessing that Michelle Beadle wouldn't be surprised.
