Sacto never did that.
Des Moines can't do that.

Where did they put them all, the bleachers only seat a few hundred.

They hold a few thousand but I think this is a setup to some "over nine thousand" thing.
Pre had over 12,000 attendance on Saturday with the same seating.

You've obviously never been there. Basic capacity is 10500. With additional bleachers during special events like the Olympic trials, the amount can double. If they don't have additional bleachers they are at nearly 90% capacity on a Wednesday afternoon. That's outstanding.

Or maybe you have no sense of humor.
I've been at Hayward all too many times, and have always refused to be impressed just because it has two grandstands. If Nike really wants it to be equal to the Europeans, they should kick down a few million to upgrade the seating to stadium level.
I think they were able to get upwards of 18,000 during the trials.

Meth makes people do crazy stuff.
with a whole crapload of temporary seating, not with their usual two bleachers, which seat only twice as many as the ones at my high school track/football field.
Nike needs to quit patting itself on the back and up the capacity to 20,000 permanently.

You're such a freaking idiot. 90% of what you post is negative, every gd day.
The joke is going to be on you, as Vin and Phil are making plans right now for a super venue at Oregon, indoor, and outdoor.
The outdoor seating will be 35-40 thousand.
*I hope you go to Des Moines and enjoy the empty stands and crap environment and come back and whine and complain as much about that experience.
I'm not defending A Duck in any way.
But stick with eharmony is so dumb he couldn't beat Hellen Keller in a color inside the lines contest.

The joke is going to be on USATF, as Vin and Phil are making plans right now for a super venue at Oregon, indoor, and outdoor.

Is Eugene the only place the US can get spectators? Should be there every year. Last years women's 10k had maybe a few dozen in attendance. Sad.
