Yeah, but don't they have to do it more than once? I forget the rule...

It is amazing how infrequently this infraction is called.
They will not call that infraction in the 100 unless the runner impedes another runners progress. There is no advantage gained from running on the line in a 100 meter race. And even in a race run in lanes around the track i.e. 400 meters it requires 3 consecutive strides on the line to warrant a DQ.
