Anyone here what the announcer said Jos Hermans was saying? Haile's mileage was around 130-150 miles a week, Bekele has always been more like 80-90 with lots of quality track work. Another mystery solved...
Is it just me or does Kenny B look heavy?
2:46 for that km. Getting even slower.
2:45 a km is 27:30 pace for reference.
So they started 27:00 flat the first 5k and now are running a slower tempo.
