Hey all,
I recently moved to the denver/boulder metro area. Elevation is 5280 to 6000ft (or higher depending where you go run). I have heard that when running at elevation you need to add 10secs per mile or 3 secs per 1000ft. Easy runs feel tougher, as I thought they would. Races feel even tougher. I am just trying to figure out what the exact conversion is. Would appreciate some thoughts/comments. :)
