ive been running 15 yrs. and now more than ever, its just a hobby and a way to stay non-overweight. I still have a desire race 5k-10ks but im SO BURNED out on base building miles, LSD runs,...I LOVE Run intervals but I cant do it daily and after 15 years, I DESPISE just one day of LSD to recover. Anyone experience anything like this? what did you do?
