Has anyone done a lactate test? I'm curious how you used the information? Did you use the results to alter your training paces? or types of workouts? Was it a waste of time and money? Was it better than sex?

Idiot response? Why I have never been so offended.
What do you want to know?
Have not done lactate testing.
But have done lots of lactate threshold runs with heart rate monitors and a few runs with Vo2 testing.
Its generally pretty easy to tell how much lactic acid is in your muscles if your well trained.
