Yesterday, I decided to run the 3200 without socks, in preparation for championships, where I will be running the steeple. After I had finished the race, I discovered two blisters, one on the outside of each foot, not far from my smallest toes. Since I obviously can't steeple with socks, and a band-aid is also likely to come off in the water, does anyone know a good way of preventing further blistering? Thanks in advance.
By the way, the spikes I'm wearing are the Mamba 2's, if that's relevant.
