The only official split was from flotrack's twitter which was 10:51 for Webb at 4000m.
That means he ran his last 1000m in 2:46.
10:51 for 4000m (assuming he ran a relatively even pace) would be 8:40 at 3200m.
Then a 2:46 1000m is 4:25 mile pace.
Assuming he kept an even pace through 3200m and that the split for his last 200m was accurate, then his splits would be approximately 4:20-4:20-4:24-33= 13:37
Those look a little more promising
