Late last year I decided to increase my mileage, and I needed a new pair of trainers. I got ASICS Gel-Cumulus 14, which felt good, but after a few months I realised I had a stress fracture. Obviously the main contributor to this was the increased mileage, but now that I am slowly starting to run again, should I got back to a more supportive shoe, like an ASICS with Duo Max?
