the tendon or muscle leading to my big toe on my left foot is killing me. my shoes are the gel kayanos and Ijust starting building my mileage up after my season just ended. I have been going on 70 minute runs everyday the intensity depending on how i felt but i dunno my foot hurts. I tried ice and it didnt do shit. my coach syas it might be my calf muscle which was strained and caused my foot to hurt. the tendon or whatever is all swollen on my left foot and I cannot bring my foot upright all the way because it hurts so much. I would really appreciate some advice.
