OAC (DIII)
Caleb Muller won the Mile, 3K, 5K, 3rd in 4x4 and 5th in 1600 leg of DMR. That;s 42 points out of 106 for the team. The kid must be tired.

In the ACC 5k Florida State had their only two entrants (Fout and O'Neill) entered without a time so they could run in the slow heat. UVA entered their guys without times too, so they decided to work together to make it fast and win the 5k out of the slow heat. Fout ran 14:02 and won the heat with O'Neill 2nd in 14:10. The "fast" heat then went out in 4:27-9:00 to try to beat this time, and it took Tommy Curtin closing in 28 to beat the "slow" heat with his time of 14:01. Fout ended up placing 2nd overall.
Some interesting tactics by FSU and UVA sure made it interesting to watch.

It doesn't matter how hard you have to race, that's a lot of laps on an indoor track. 58 laps, and with some short recoveries too (especially into the 4x4).
The whole VT Distance crew got a big heaping scoop of ACC Championship points by winning 800, 3000, 5000, DMR, and 2nd, 5th,6th,8th in the mile to the almost inhuman Ryan Hill. Curtin is a true Sophomore and took down a 24 year old school record. That's how you win the conference championship!

Caleb Muller did it again at his outdoor track championships running the anchor on the winning 4x800, winning the 10000, 1500, and 5000. He also anchored the 4x400. Pretty impressive
