Breakfast - tea, 2 slices of toast with Marmite and marmalade, maybe a small bowl of muesli
Lunch - run, then handful of nuts, banana, and something like poached egg on toast or peanut butter and cheese on toast, or instant noodles. Tea.
Afternoon snack - tea and biscuit
Dinner - usually something homemade and decent, e.g. stir fried cabbage, onions, garlic, mushrooms, lentils, vegetarian sausage. Yoghurt for pudding. You guessed it, tea.
Before bed - I'm in the bad habit of snacking at night e.g. bread and cheese and crisps. But then I read you should eat protein before bed, so that's ok. Tea (but often green tea at night).
