Hey this is new to me, a injury. I am needing to know how long to take off for a strain from the top of my achilles to the bottom of my calfmucsle. It is on my left leg and runs up the right side of my calf. It was diagnosed as bad cramping by our trainers, but then I ran a race and did more damage. I was just wondering if anyone has had this type of injury and how long it took for it to go away? Any kind of answer would be appreciated.
