Sorry we offended you my your majesty.
Obviously we were unaware we were talking to an expert on the matter.
Please, do not smite us with your limitless power.
"We"?
Sorry, guy, pretty sure it's just you over there
"You my your majesty"?
Are you drunk, illiterate, or both?

Anybody that says this is a bad workout needs to try it themselves. Like to see you guys do that with even a whole days rest, let alone fifteen minutes.
But, you know what, you probably have an Olympic silver medal on your mantle, so you definitely know what's what.
Oh, look. You made the moronic logical fallacy I said you would.
Thank you for once again proving my point. Since you've never been elected President, I presume that you have never had an opinion about a President's actions?
Look, with 15 minutes rest, 3x1600 at 3000 pace is simply not an impressive workout. It just isn't. Not for a good HS runner, and MUCH LESS SO for an elite. You can huff and puff and cry and look at your Galen Rupp poster all night, but it's not going to change facts.
Like I said, a nice confidence builder for Rupp, but not pushing the envelope.
