yeah it's good stuff if you buy it from a quality company. it's very expensive. but it will do NOTHING for your performance, if that's what you are wondering.

got a 3month supply for free. tried it out, saw nonething. maybe it was better internally as like a better bandaid for a scrap but nonething that i saw as helpful like increasing performance or decreasing pain or recovery.
i noticed better running when i had a peanut butter sandwhichs and bananas than a little pill that first time around gave me green shit.
coenzyme 10 this, forget it and the hype for cardio benefits. all these little pills and they hype, its like using a different textured napkin to blow ur nose. u eat right u shouldnt have to worry about diets that overloading bodies with fancy sounding supplements. as the olympic testers said its the most expensive piss in the world. everything ur body doesnt it it excrets( except things like iron)
things to help? advil non-steriodal anti-inflammatory, endurox (ya i think it helped, even much more noticable in novice runners - my teammates and i felt we were suddenly powering up hills that before we struggled), also having stuff like gatorade helps a lot to hydrate. when i questioned that id end up with craps in my muscles during intervals
didn't do jack sh*t.
