The 60's weren't clean either, but who needs dope when the course isn't legit? There were no 2:08's in the 60's.
There may have been one or two clean 2:07 runners in history, but there is no way to prove it, and given the progression of times during the various dope eras, I doubt there are any at all.
If you want me to believe they're clean, prove it. Keeping in mind that passing tests proves nothing.
