I woke about a month ago really fatigued and my entire body aching and missed a week of school. I thought it was the flu, and I took another week off of running since I felt like shit. Since then, every one of my runs has been awful and I've never felt good on any of them. Then, recently I woke up with an insanely sore throat, feeling like strep throat. This was 2 weeks after I had started running, 4 weeks after I first woke up with "the flu". I still feel sickly (have been taking off running since symptoms developed), and this is about 5 days after waking up with the sore throat. Every time I think I am better I exercise and wake up really sore the next day. Yesterday I did only 20 min of yoga, which almost always relieves soreness and pain, but I woke up today sore all over from it. Is there any type of sickness that relapses after a 10-15 day period into another round of cold-like symptoms? I'm worried I won't be able to run indoor at all the way things have been going, and don't see how I can get into great shape for outdoor unless my condition miraculously improves. What can I do to get better?
