What'd you guys do this week?
MON 8 miles + strides
TUES 8 miles
WED 2 up, 4 mile tempo, 2 down.
THURS Off.
FRI Off.
SAT 8 miles
SUN 8 miles
Not too happy with this week. I took off Wednesday and Thursday due to pain in my right leg, so I ended up pushing the rest of my workouts back a day. Thus, I did Thursday and Friday's workouts this weekend and will be doing my long run tomorrow (since it was originally scheduled for Saturday).
This week's schedule will probably be screwed up as a result, but as long as the leg continues to heal, shouldn't be too much of a problem.
4x days of gym consisting of Legs on Mon./Sat. and core/upper body on the other days. no running (injured).

Wednesday - 4x1 Mile 1 min rest, 6:23, 6:28, 6:23, 5:59(hammered last 400 of last mile) 6.4 total
Thursday - Long 8
Friday - 3
Saturday - Sprinting workout 8x100s, 2x150s all out - 3 total
Sunday - 3
With Christmas we took a low week of miles and made Monday and Tuesday shorter cause of the Holidays.
