I'm playing solitaire and WWF between updates. And I doubled today for 11. It'd take you almost six hours to run that far!!! ;)

If you check that thread link which Link provided, Vladimir said it was 7 sessions per day, for 7 straight days, covering around a 10k per session.
However, 6am to 6am is 12 hours, divided by 2 is 6 hours of running.

Thanks for the support!!
English classes suck. Just ignore them and move on.
correction: 6am to *6pm is 12 hours.
Updating real quick before I pick my girlfriend up.
9pm run done. Felt good again besides the sore legs. I think my body knows the end is near. Probably ran that one too fast too. I'll be sure to slow down the next one.
Nice job dude. Keep it up!
Woohoo! Getting close to the finish.

Go for sub 10 at 11pm
Why not go for the midnight run at this point (or better yet at 11:45pm)? When you tell this story 10 years from now, 50 miles will sound so much cooler than 48!
But for what it's worth, it'll make for an awesome story either way!!!
Way to go, sir. I am impressed. Might try it myself one day.
Vladimir must have included the 6pm session, to bring it to 7 sessions:6am8am10am12pm2pm4pm6pm

I can't believe people haven't joined up to run with you, like in Forest Gump. If you were doing this in my city, guaranteed you'd have at least 30 people running with you, spectators with signs, the whole 9 yards. GO IAN!!!!!

isn't he running 2.1 each hour to get up to 50? I'm not reading real careful like, but I think that is the deal.
Why isn't this thread under the "Hot Right Now" heading at the bottom of this page, instead of the Netflix thread???
