Come on, keep it going! Now that it's light out and starting to warm up a bit you'll feel better. But you need to eat something, man. That's going to be key.

I was just being thankful for the sun! It really helped me get out there. Also now that everyone in my house is awake its going to be impossible to fall asleep, which is good because I cant oversleep a run.
8am 2 miler went well. Route is getting boring so I ran it backwards.
For one of the runs you should do your 2 miles then just walk around before the next one. It might loosen you up and break up the boredom a bit.
9am run done. Felt good. It;s still colder than when I started though.
I might try that walking around idea in a little bit. Eventually I'm going to be watching tv/playing xbox between runs. But my gf isn't all the way awake yet.
Maybe your girlfriend can run with you a few times to make it more fun?
This is a cool thread.
This is great!!! Keep on keeping on my brother!
Is your 2 mile loop a certified course?
This is great. Keep it up, I love when people do things like this to try to make life a bit more fun.

Now about to eat a few bits of honey bun.
Cute nickname for the GF.
Love the stunt. A quite respectable bit of running involved (ultra distance in one calender day) but structured in a manner that makes it even more taxing (or not?)
You Atlanta based letsrun folk need to join him for a loop a la Forrest Gump and tape some of it and post it.

She doesn't run. And she won't ride the bike with me during the winter.

Lol, that happened around 11pm last night so she woudnt be mad about me being gone for 20 minutes every hour throughnthe night.
10am run was slow. Overall fatigue is catching up to me. But thats alright because I'll run as slow as I need to to get this done.
22 miles done so far.
After 23 hours you'll have run an additional 23*0.09=2.07 miles. I say take the 24th hour off. You are a beast!
Sleep will come easy now.

And that'd put me right above 50 miles for the day if I ran the 24th hour. :) ut I'm not counting the .09. That's the margin for error.

It really is. I just lay down and I'm asleep after a few seconds. Luckily my girlfriend is being lazy and just laying in bed listening to her ipod so the tv isnt on or anything.
Almost forgot to say, 11am run done. Felt smooth, probably because the cookie I ate after the last run, so I ate another one after this run.
So far since midnight I've eaten:
2 pieces of bead.
2 cookies.
1 honey bun.
And Ive been drinking plenty of water.
And I havent taken my shoes off since 11:40pm last night.
I might switch to my vomeros in a little bit though.
Maybe try eating Peanut Butter and Jelly directly after your next run. It's gentle on the stomach, has decent carbs and some protein as well as a bit of sodium (which you are going to need before too long).

Any chance that you might be able to convince a few teammates to run a loop or two with you throughout the day, it might break up the monotony of running the same course 24 times by having someone to run it with.
