Humans are omnivores. Eat plants, eat animals, eat whatever. Some people eat dirt, they seem to do fine. When I'm running high mileage, I add different foods in. More calories does not have to be more of the same.
5-7 and 130 sounds pretty good to me. Definitely better than 99% of the mature non-runners I know. I love going out to eat with women runners. None of this BS "I'll just split a salad with you." Instead, it's the main dish plus large salad plus fries plus dessert.
