My heart rate goes from 80 to ~200 bpm just off an easy mile, 6:45. i am an elite hs runner, but over the last few months, the high heart rate has disrupted my training to where my doctor and parents will not let me train aerobically until we fix the issue. However, we do not now what the issue is. We thought it was adderall, so we lowered the dose, no difference, then we switched to vyvanse, worse, after an easy mole, sent my hr to 240. Off any stimulants, it was around 190. I cant be overtrained as I went fro 90 to less than 20 miles a week over a few months, so Im probably undertrained. Anyway, I'm taking a stress test and Ekg soon, but how do i stay in shape until then. They are afraid that I will pass out from pain like I did on a hot day after a 14 miler.
