The most important piece of information here is your PR set last season. Without that I was going to say 4:35. With the PR given at 4:25, I just have more questions...are you running more now than you did at this time last season? If so, were you capable of doing the workout you just mentioned? Assuming normal progression for a kid still in high school and that you are asking about what you might run the 1600 in for the whole of track season, not now, I say you will run 4:19.
