Fraser is a good fella, glad to see him get the job.

Where did you see the opening for Ok state?

UCLA hired an alum named Fraser for the head men's job, a throws coach from tenn
I've learned to never doubt the Letsrun message board's insider information, but this just doesn't make sense. The director, Maynard, is a throws coach. Will they be the first combined program with 2 throws coaches? I can't see Maynard just coaching the women's throws as this potential hiring may imply since this position is the "head men's job." I could see Maynard with the men throwers and Fraser with the women throwers, but that just does not make sense.
U of Oregon South, I mean UCLA Alums FINALLY get what they wanted , a former Bruin leading the Men's and Women's programs. with mini VIn, aka Maynard directing the program.

Is Mick leaving Wisconsin (or retiring..?) or is that just conjecture? Peterson would be a perfit fit there.
The only person who would think Tom Peterson would be a good fit at Wisconsin is Tom Peterson.

Southern Illinois already does this... Connie Price-Smith and John Smith
Maynard to be more administrative - recruiting - etc - Frasier to coach the throws - and given a title of head coach
Wow, a program has two throws coaches, why is this a big deal? There's plenty of programs with two distance and sprints and jumps coaches. Why not two throws coaches? The throws are the most time consuming and coaching intensive events. By the way, good throwers always deliver, unlike some running and jumping events. UCLA has a great tradition of throws which even goes back before Venegas; so good for them, and good for Maynard, Frazie, and the UCLA throwers!

The College of New Jersey needs a distance coach. Their head coach took the Wellesley job.
Any word on what is happening at Williams College?
Bump--what is the word at Williams? They must be close to an announcement.
So, now, who is heading to Knoxville to coach the throws group? Will JJ make it another year? There has to be a reason he is jumping to UCLA....
How about a great opportunity for him. Enough already about the speculations. Watts is never going to coach at Tennessee again. Give that up.
Here's the listing for the Ok St. job. Any info? They haven't had any turnover for a while so I'd be interested to hear what's going on.
Gregory Lott is out at USMMA. Where did he go?
How in the world would anyone know if Gavin is a good recruiter? He hasn't been anywhere long enough to be proven!
Simmer down buddy. I have no relations to Watts. Just a curious move for a guy who should be settled in TN. I am wondering who would fill his shoes.

Did Kennedy leave Illinois as he had the offer from Mississippi or did he get kicked out? Who are the front runners to take over the distance program at Mississippi?
No Kennedy didn't get kicked out, he left Illinois on his own and I thought for quite a bit more money. I am really surprised about him no longer being with Mississippi.

I do not think he left on his own doing: was fired (along with other staff members)
any news on Texas Hiring?
Look at the talent he has brought to Illinois and Ole Miss
I saw a few coaches at the NCAA east regional meet talking with Warren. Lets see what happens, could be a good situation.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
