Sarah Baxter would have been the 5th man on every guys team that placed from 13th on today does this show shes really good or that the team competition was watered down?
Teams that make it to NXN are supposed to be the best in the country I find it hard to believe that America could only come up with 12 teams that she couldnt score on.
the course was $hit after the girls ran, but she is pretty good. doesn't have near the personality that cain does, but a great runner thus far
Baxter got to pick her own lines through the mud (which itself only got worse for the guys race), whereas a guy running the same pace was deep in the pack.
But even if you spot the #5 boys 10 seconds, which I think is reasonable, Baxter would've scored on the #14, 18, 19, 21, and 22 teams. That's a combination of her being really, really good, and having targeted this race to a much greater extent than the #5 man of a team that barely made nationals and is just happy to be there.
