Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but I just noticed this, and it made me laugh. JJ, what the heck are you talking about? Since the program was only started in 1999, Centrowitz's oldest runners are now in the middle of their senior year. So this spring will be the first opportunity to see whether his athletes improve in their senior year, let alone beyond.
And no, I'm not a student at American. For that matter, I'm not even American. And from what I've heard, both O'Sullivan's and Centrowitz's programs are excellent.
