Out of the senior BOYS who qualified for Footlocker, how many get full scholarships (I am starting to realize how few fuels are given out at good programs!)
Leingang- ok state, Wisconsin, oregon
Thomson- oregon
how many get full scholarships "
---------------------------------
Most top distance kids will get a full boat if they intend to run all three seasons (cc/I/O) and choose a distance oriented school.
Most weightmen and sprinters won't get a full ride at a top school with a large team competing in all events.
Jack Stevenson (NYC) ...Harvard

Disagree.
Except for Oklahoma state, the game, for BCS schools is to maximize their scholarship and field a balanced team so each coach might get around 3 for sprints/distance/throws/field events. Many of these kids are taking 25-50 % and that is how Oregon, Wisconsin, Oklahoma can get 2-4 of these studs each year.
At places like Princeton and even Stanford, there is a lot of other aid available!

Chris Ibarra (1:52 last year)- Houston
