Been thinking about this lately. I'm a sub 26 8k freshman, which is ok but nothing great. I wanna bump my miles up to like 100+ over the next few years and go for it- you know, actually being a somewhat respectable collegiate runner in the 24s or maybe even 23 highs. So what are your thoughts? Would you rather play it safe at 70 miles a week and just be ok, or would you rather go for it with the chance of burning out/getting injured??
