Just coming back from a 6 week injury delay that resulted in biking and a handful of 20 minute easy runs. I'm healthy now and don't feel like a lost a ton of fitness but I'm not quite where I was before the injury (10:05 2mile time trial, 4 mile tempo in 5:30,5:30,5:25, 5:19, and a couple good fartleks). But in the last week I have done 3x2miles in 11:30, 11:25, and 10:49 with 2 minutes rest and 5xmile in 5:20ish with 3 minutes rest on trails. What could I run for my first couple 8k's? My pr from last year is 26:48.
