Looking at the LRC women's poll, it pays to be a big school or be in a prominent conference. For example, BYU 13th but Weber 62nd?

I was looking forward to the LRC polls, but they are actually really horrible. With the popularity of this site, they should assemble a panel of "experts" and do a legitimate poll.
The regional polls may be even worse than the national poll. In the womens west region poll, for example, you have UC Davis ranked 21st after finishing 8th last year with their entire top 7 back. Somehow Fullerton is ranked 9th after finishing 29 of 31 last year. USC is ranked 13th when they barely even have xc and don't even attend the regional.
