Has any permanent memorial been established in either the form of a trust fund or scholarship, or either in the form of a monument to remember the 7 runners killed.

can anyone link or reproduce the SI article that was done on them (legally)? I was looking online for it and was not able to find it.
Hear here! Though Wyoming likely wouldn't have qualified for nationals, still the NCAAs did a horrible job by failing to acknowledge Wyoming's tragedy in any form at last year's (2001) national meet. If this tragedy had befallen any marquee program IMHO there would have been a pre-race moment of silence and some sort of symbolic recognition at the very least. Something to honor our kindred spirits in the running community. But for Wyoming there was nothing in remembrance at nationals. I thought that was a grossly neglectful oversight, myself.
Amen to that.
