I was wondering if anyone out there is being coached via e-mail by Barry Magee. I'm thinking about working with him and wanted to know what others think.
I did a quick email exchange with him and got his initial basic program. My personal situation (family caretaker role) restricts my training to a large degree.
It's pure Lydiard: get your running time or duration (NOT mileage) up to 2 hours a couple or 3x per week asap; don't worry about the speed, get the time in before all else.
Very straightforward guy. I'd do it.
Training well was good enough for me.
Good enough for me and Barry Magee.
HRE stays in touch with him and I think he was coached
by him at one time.
I don't think you could go wrong by using Barry's services.
