last year I ran 2:05-800,1:28.7-600,55-400
this year I ran 1:59.75-800,1:27(Split in my 800m race)-600m,and 400m-I didn't run,but on my 500m pre race all-out workout,split on 400 was 55,so I'm guessing somewhere around 53.5-54?
Is that a good progress for first year of serious(mid-d?) running?thanks
