In the past USATF and other organizations could bully or ignore athletes into submission. The folks here and out there (you and I) let these things happen due to lack of information or misinformation. This topic should be addressed and changes should be made to help others in instances where these situations occur and are clear cut. I have been put into a position many of you have been in for years. I'm trying to stand up to be your voice here and stop this nonsense.
This. There should be no special treatment for one individual. The USATF needs to be run like a professional governing body. I'm sure those in charge have their hearts in the right place, but the structure of the organization is such that they are being influenced heavily by sponsors and favoritism.
We can argue on these boards and call in all we want but Fam you really need to take this to the next level at the same time and get more people to tell you no before giving this up.
