Hopefully someone helpful can help me with a few questions.
Is there any way I can balance being a RB (highschool varsity) and still have aerobic fitness? Its been four months since ive done any mileage (2:08 800 during indoor) I've put on 20lbs but it's mostly muscle. Any suggestions for mileage to start off with/ progress to by the end of the summer? Advice greatly appreihated.
