Could anyone help me develop a summer training plan. I am a rising senior in high school. I was out for practically most of my junior xc season as a result of a hip injury, so my pr is still my one from sophomore year (18:10..pretty mediocre I'd say). However, I am looking to rebound back from that and try and qualify for states individually. Since I am slightly injury prone especially in my hips, I am thinking I should spend more time building a base and log higher mileage later on. Any ideas?
