Is it more efficient/better to run a pretty even amount over 7 days or run more 6 days and take Sunday off?
A typical week during base building phase for me usually looks like: five days of 10 miles(moderate to progressive pace), one day 13 miles(long run)and one day 7 miles( shorter recovery day)I hate taking days off but I was wondering if running more mon-sat and doing less than 7 on Sunday would be better
Also, I usually only run 8-10 miles of the weeks total (70-75) in doubles...is this even enough to make an impact??
