to sharpen up for my regional meet on Monday i did the following workout:
6x300's
41.9, 42.6, 43.9, 43.6, 44.9, 45
It was a strong effort but not quite all out, I originally set out do them all under 45 but i went out fast in the first one. Between each 300 i took 2 minutes for recovery
my previous best 800m was 2:00.6 two weeks ago but it was 30 minutes after a 4:30 1600m (which i was upset with)
What do you think I could run an 800m in?
