I want to know also. I ran a 4:23 indoors, but haven't run a 3200 yet.
by the way, My pr in the 800 is a 2:01
9:33 would be an = performance.
8:49, I got a feeling you can close

From a simple person
Run a 3200m.
9:30 give or take, depending on whether you are more endurance or speed oriented.
9:30 +/- 30 seconds.
Noone on here as a better idea than you.
So I should at least be able to break 10? Right?

Yes. Probably without straining. Unless you're like a 45/1:48 400/800 guy. Even then I wouldn't rule it out.
9:22, if you can convert it with training.
I would be shocked if a 1:48 runner could not break 10.
I knew a guy in high school who ran 4:19 twice for the mile.
He tried to break 10 minutes for 2 miles twice, once at the league meet. I think his fastest time was 10:06.
