So I was wondering what you guess think about this, in the past my coach has coached mostly guys with almost even amounts of speed and stamina. Now however I'm our best guy and I am not even by any means my pr's are 400-53.7 800-2:03 mile 5:00 2 mile 10:40 and 5k 18:20 so as you can see my stamina is lacking, iv'e tried to convince him to let me up the mileage (we do about 20-25 a week) but he tells me I don't need to. So what do you guys think I should do?
