I just saw a video of a high school girl doing 6 x 1600 @ 5:27-5:31 each with 2:30 recovery jog between them.

Are there other high school girls who can do that workout.
That is alot of volume (6 miles), that would probably be more of a problem than the speed (although 5:30 is moving) for a HS girl.
This girl runs half marathons I think, so that may be the reason for volume. Sounds more like a half marathon workout than a 2 mile workout.
This sounds like an incredible workout to me. Help me out HS coaches, are there other HS girls who can do that in training?
