30-40 mpw since january...8.5-9.5 long run in 6:35-6:45 comfortably...pr's (all set this season except for 5k)...400- 57 high, 800- 2:10, 1600- 4:42, 3200- 10:12, 5k- 16:40...last three key workouts: 4x1m tempo(ish) with 2:30 rest jog 5:44, 5:39, 5:35, 5:34...16x400 with 1m rest avg 69-71 with one 72 and a couple 68...and 6x800(first 400 at 2mile pace, next 200 at mile pace, last 200 at 800 pace) in 2:22-2:27 with 400m jog rest...my workout today was: 2x8 with 2 minutes rest (2:17, 2:18) then 5 mins rest...4x4 with 2 minutes rest (66, 66, 67, 65)...based on this what does it indicate for 800/1600 shape right now? or will i be better in the 3200?
